Galil ACE Pistol w/ Stabilizing Brace – GAPSB review

Hot off the presses from IWI is the new Galil ACE 5.56 pistol with Stabilizing Brace.  The Galil borrows from the venerable Russian AK-47 and Finnish Valmet and utilizes a long stroke gas piston and rotating bolt.  It also takes standard NATO/STANAG AR-15 magazines.

Both the safety and magazine release are ambidextrous and the bolt hold and release is located on the right hand side of the receiver where it can be accessed by a right handed shooters index finger.
